Phase 3 Plan to Reopen Ministry

Beginning Sunday, September 13 we will reopen Sunday School at Grassy Pond.

  • Nursery through Youth will meet in their regular classrooms. Steps will be taken to stay safe and healthy.
  • Adults will meet in 3 large classes to allow room for social distancing. Ladies will meet in the sanctuary. Men will meet in the social hall. Couples will meet in the FLC dining hall.
  • NEW MORNING SCHEDULE TO BEGIN SEPT 13:
    • 9am - Sunday School
    • 10am - Morning Worship
    • *Nursery will be provided for Sunday School and morning worship beginning Sept 13.
Phase 2 Summer Months

Our schedule up until Phase 3 (Sept 13) will remain as follows

Sunday Morning Service

We will have one service at 9am beginning this Sunday, June 7. Having the service at 9am allows enough time to prepare and upload the service so that those who are not comfortable or able to come can still view the service online at 11am.

**In order for us to accommodate everyone with appropriate distance. We will need at least 50 people each Sunday in the FLC overflow. We are asking that you and your family volunteer to sit in the overflow one Sunday morning each month. Please contact the church office to sign up for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Sunday.

Sunday Evening Service

We will begin meeting in the sanctuary at 6:30 this Sunday, June 7.

Wednesday Prayer Meeting

6-6:30 Wednesday evenings.

Our plan is to reopen smaller ministry settings such as nursery, children’s church, and Sunday School in the Fall unless circumstances change. If the threat of the virus decreases, we will open these ministries earlier.

We are working on being able to provide a quality live-streaming experience. When we are able to offer this, we will move our morning service to its regular time.
